When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to help. Contact us as soon as possible at support@sacredtraphaus.com.
Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.
Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package appears lost, contact us and we’ll help you work through the issue with the shipping carrier.
Custom orders
How do custom orders work?
Custom orders include a preview and approval stage before final delivery.
You may request:
One free revision during the preview stage
After final delivery:
Additional revisions are $15 per revision
Custom orders are non-refundable once the preview has been approved.
How do I place a custom order?

Do you accept returns?
Yes — eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Are any items final sale?
Yes. The following items are final sale:
Crystals and spiritual items (Trap Sacks, individual stones)
Decor items that show signs of use
Sale items (if applicable)
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
