Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Sacred Traphaus is not responsible for carrier delays.

Custom Orders
Custom orders follow a preview and approval process before final delivery.
Each custom order includes:
One free revision during the preview stage
Additional revisions available for $15 per revision
Custom orders are non-refundable once the preview has been approved.
