We want you feeling good about what you ordered. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and custom order revisions are handled at Sacred Traphaus.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be returned in original packaging when applicable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity, the following items are final sale:
Crystals / stones / spiritual items (Trap Sacks, individual crystals)
Decor items that show signs of use
Sale or discounted items (optional)
Exchanges
Exchanges are available when inventory allows. If the item is no longer available, we may offer store credit or another resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom Orders (Revisions & Refunds)
Custom orders are created specifically for you and follow a different process than physical product purchases.
Every custom order includes a preview and approval stage before final delivery.
During this stage, you may request:
One (1) free revision to the design or project.
Once the preview has been approved and the final version is delivered:
Additional revisions are $15 per revision
Revision requests must remain within the original project scope
Requests that significantly change the concept, direction, or project requirements may require a new custom order.
Because custom work is created specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable once the preview has been approved.
If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
